Marty Cain is the author of the book-length poem Kids of the Black Hole (Trembling Pillow Press, 2017), and the forthcoming hybrid nonfiction chapbook Four Essays (Tammy Chapbook Series, 2018). He holds an MFA from the University of Mississippi, and is currently pursuing a PhD in English at Cornell, where he studies contemporary poetry, communal networks, and rural geography. Most recently, his work appears in Fence, Tarpaulin Sky, e•ratio, Dream Pop Press, and elsewhere. In Ithaca, New York, he co-edits Garden-Door Press and helps organize the Party Fawn Reading Series.
